Sheikh Najam is a qualified and regulated English lawyer holding the office of Notary, authorised to practise law throughout England and Wales. He advises individuals, families and businesses on UK and cross-border matters involving private wealth and family businesses, financial crime and compliance, and civil and commercial dispute resolution. He is a Full TEP Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holds the STEP Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Private Wealth Advice, is an Associate Member of the International Compliance Association, and is an RICS Accredited Evaluative Mediator.
