I help individuals and families put their affairs in order with wills, testamentary trusts, discretionary trusts and lasting powers of attorney, and help families administer an estate through probate after a death. I also advise individuals and families on inheritance tax as part of estate planning. Corporate tax is outside this service. My advice is under the law of England and Wales, and it is given in plain language.

Many of my clients live outside the UK or are moving between countries. I handle each matter remotely from the first consultation to the final draft. The free initial consultation takes place by phone or video call, with email where needed. A will must be signed on paper with the required witnesses physically present. Remote signing is not valid. I send clear step by step instructions that work wherever you are.
