To formally engage my services, a deposit is required. This helps set deadlines and allocate resources for your matter. Full payment is needed before starting any substantive work, such as drafting or advisory tasks. Please note that deposits are subject to terms, including non-refundable provisions for late cancellations.

I offer flexible fee arrangements tailored to the complexity and scope of your case. You can choose between fixed fees, ideal for specific tasks like document drafting or representation at hearings, and hourly rates, suitable for ongoing or evolving matters. Both options are designed to provide clarity and fairness.

For document reviews, a minimum charge applies. Please submit your documents in PDF or Word format to avoid extra administrative fees for conversion. Combining multiple documents into a single file is recommended for efficient processing.

Invoices are issued at regular intervals, with payment terms clearly stipulated to ensure timely settlement. For court, mediation, and arbitration hearings, full payment is required prior to the scheduled hearing date. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the adjournment of representation.

Disbursements such as travel, accommodation, and third-party fees (e.g. expert reports or court filing fees) are payable by the client. Where applicable, such expenses will be disclosed in advance and itemised within invoices.

I do not provide services under legal aid. However, I encourage you to explore alternative funding options or check if your legal expenses might be covered by insurance.
